A profile must be active, intentionally public, searchable, and approved for indexing. Drafts, incomplete profiles, test accounts, and withdrawn profiles are excluded.

Public visibility on HarlieeStudio is separate from having an account. Profiles must meet clear publication and quality requirements before they become eligible for search discovery.
Profile quality
The public page should identify the talent, explain their positioning, contain appropriate portfolio evidence, and provide enough original information to be useful independently.
Claims and verification
Verification badges represent only checks HarlieeStudio has actually completed. External audience, performance, client, and availability claims may require confirmation before contracting.
Privacy and consent
Talent controls whether a profile is public. Personal contact details, private rates, drafts, and account information are not published for search discovery.
Review and withdrawal
Approved profiles may be reviewed when material information changes. Withdrawal removes a profile from discovery and from public search submission.
